Lanark Renfrew Health & Community Services is an incorporated, non-profit umbrella organization which provides community-based primary health care and health promotion programs and services and a range of developmental and social services in Lanark, Renfrew, and Leeds and Grenville counties.
In June of 2013, our name was changed from “Lanark Health and Community Services” to “Lanark Renfrew Health & Community Services” to better reflect the scope of our Organization.
Lanark Renfrew Health & Community Services is composed of the following “parts”:
- Lanark Community Programs
- North Lanark Community Health Centre (including the Mental Health Support Project)
- Whitewater Bromley Community Health Centre
While we are one incorporated organization, each part of LRHCS has its own:
- core funding agencies;
- programs and services;
- target populations;
- and rich histories.
